Wet Processing

We do our fabric processing with automatic batch controlled jumbo giggers and soft flow machine. With absolute eco-friendly methods in processing and effluent treatments.

Trending patterns

Trending patterns and weaves with azo free and eco friendly chemicals .We adopt silk Screen , Rotary , Flat Bed, MHN, Heat Transfer , Sublimation and Digital printing techniques.

Embroidery

With Tajima 60 heads machines we create beautiful designs.

Our Karur , India facility has a workforce of 250 employees and state of art in house production facilities.

We procure yarn from the finest Mills in India and weave in our exclusive state of art auto loom shuttle –less weaving set-up. We produce multi various fabrics from grey canvas , herring bone , twill , waffle , seer-sucker , yarn dyed woven , jacquards, dobby checks and stripes , terry towels , poly cot fabrics , linen , lurex and heavy duty canvas etc., 

Our lay cutting has a capacity to produce 15000 units per day

We have 150 machines. These flat machines and over lock are from Juki  Japan and. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection.
The machines are also fixed with top feed which reduces the tension in seams for special stitching like Decorative stitching, Button holing, Buttoning etc.
